| Your Events Confirmation containing important information relating to your booking and location information will be sent via email to the registered account email address for all Paranormal Experience Event purchases. Event information is sent approx 14 days prior to the event date.
Due to the nature of our events, returns are not possible however
World Oneiric Life Force have the following Refund Policy in place.
Deposits are non-refundable in all circumstances.
You may transfer your booking to another guest for no additional fee if we are notified at least 1 week prior to the event and providing the participant agrees to our terms & conditions.
Requests for a refund above 4 weeks prior to the event will be paid less a 50% cancellation charge (based on full event cost and the cancellation charge is greater than the deposit fee).
Requests for a refund below 4 weeks unfortunately incur full charge. |
