Join us for another fantastic evening at The Galleries of Justice.... this old courthouse and jail has served Nottingham for over 400 years. This historic site in the heart of the City`s Lace Market was in use as courts and prisons from the 1780s to the 1980s - although there has been a court on the site since at least 1375 and a prison since 1449. It has a long history of powerful emotions - anger, despair, betrayal, and, of course, executions
A whole ghost hunt could be held in the reception alone with its three ghosts, a soldier, a Victorian gentleman and an old lady, but World Oneiric Life Force have access to the whole building!
Take part in a ghost hunt that will take you to the Hanging Corridor – where ghostly Civil War soldiers were witnessed walking through a wall, the Criminal Court with its shadowy figures and the Pits, a location so spooky that even the staff are scared to enter!
You will also have access to the notorious caves where even the Most Haunted Crew witnessed paranormal activity! Vigils will be held in old cell's, the courtyard where prisoners are buried beneath the ground and of course in the courtroom, caves and women's quarters. This really is a fantastic opportunity that you will not want to miss!
On previous investigations at this location, staff and guests witnessed transformations in the appearance of guests where spirits have attempted to manifest themselves! Activity was occurring all over the building, we have never been disappointed on our visit's here!
You have the chance to spend the night at the gaol and become a Paranormal Investigator for the evening where you could experience and record real paranormal activity.
The evening begins at 9.30pm with a guided tour of the Gaol where you will be told of all the ghostly phenomena that has occurred over the years.
The night is action packed with workshops, vigils, demonstrations of psychic techniques and the use of ghost hunting equipment.
Our experienced and qualified staff, accompanied by a Psychic medium will be present at all times to place you in situations that could spark of ghostly activity.
The last hour of the night you will be given free time to conduct your own vigils and go to the areas you feel most drawn to.
The night finishes at 4:00am with a discussion about the night’s activities and evidence collected.
