Reiki 2 - Practitioners Course Outline

The Reiki 2 course is a full one-day course which covers the following:

• The Three Pillars of Reiki – Gassho Meditation, Reiji-ho, Chiryo – all incorporating the 5 Reiki Principles

• New Possibilities - Practitioner

• The Sacred Reiki Symbols

• Traditional USUI Symbols

• Absent and Distant healing techniques

• Additional Symbols

• Tips for working with 2^nd Degree Reiki

• Combining Disciplines

• Additional Hand positions

• Suggested Documentation for providing Healing

• First Degree review

• Practical exercises in giving and receiving Reiki

• Questions and Answers

• Receiving of Attunements

In Second Degree training you will receive two attunements.  The second degree is the next giant step towards understanding and becoming fully attuned to Reiki.

You will be shown and taught the sacred symbols and realise the importance of keeping them precious.

On a practical level, you will be taught how to be a Reiki Practitioner and begin practising Reiki on others.  You could even set up your own clientele base.

Unlike the First Degree, students normally would have obtained experience, skill and a level of intuitive understanding towards Reiki.  However, if it has been a while since you attended your First Degree workshop, we cover all the basics to ensure your knowledge is refreshed and incorporated into your Practitioner training.

It is essential that you have already completed the First Degree before booking this workshop.  You will be requested to provide a copy of your certificate for verification.  This is to ensure you have received the full attunements for level one and have the necessary knowledge to become a Practitioner.  It is also important for Insurance purposes.

The main criterion for attending this workshop is that you personally feel ready to go forward with Reiki.

On completion of the course and production of a six week post-course assessment, you will receive:

• The Second Degree Reiki Diploma enabling you to be a Reiki Practitioner. 

• You will be entitled to use designatory letters Dip.R.P after your name.

• A letter of referral will be provided for your preferred insurers.

• Recommendation for membership to the Holistic Courses Association will also be provided.

•  You will also receive on-going support and advice.

Optional Practice sessions under guidance are available for an additional £10 for a 1 hour session following your Level two course.

• Please note, for all our workshops, any deposits paid are non-refundable. 

• Certain courses require minimum number of attendees to run, therefore we reserve the right to cancel with full refund any courses which are under-booked or offer you an alternative date.

• Cancellations with more than 2 weeks notice will be refunded less deposit.  Cancellations within 2 weeks will incur full charge.

• Transfer of courses to other dates may be possible depending on availability, however the deposit for original booking may not be transferable depending on notice period.
